ADJUSTABLE RATE (1) Big effort to finish 2nd beaten by 2L last run here and drawn well. Should be going forward early. Challenged by more formidable competitors. Has the ability to take this out. BLUE EYED SCOUT (9) Close to a win last start at this venue but stepping up to a higher level. Steven Fret and Dana Saul are a strong duo. Respect against this field. ONLY IN MY DREAMS (4) Weakened under pressure when 5th last time at the track. Can show a better performance this time but facing stiffer opposition. Expecting to settle positively. No shock to see a win. GRAND GOLDEN ROAD (2) Didn't find the line when 5th last time here but gets a favourable draw. Has shown early pace in races to date. Showing great form since returning from a break. Can't be left out of exotics.
